How to request a refund

Refund timing
Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions
Free gifts and the optional Premium Insured Shipping fee are not refundable. Orders must be within 30 days of delivery.
